The use of aerial apparatus is, by nature dangerous. The user of this product assumes all risks and accepts full responsibility for any and all damages and injury of any kind, including death, which may result from the use or misuse of aerial apparatus products. 

The user is responsible for obtaining proper maintenance and inspections of the apparatus. If using outside the studio, the user is responsible for engaging competent riggers to assemble and install your apparatus. If for any reason you are unsure of the safe conditions of any part of your apparatus, do not use it and immediately consult with a rigging professional or replace it.

Aerial Dance Chicago (ADC) does not provide rigging services outside of company activities. If the user is setting up the aerial apparatus at other locations, ADC takes no role in these activities and takes no role in the ways in which the apparatus will be rigged and used.

ADC hereby disclaims any and all responsibility for your use of the apparatus you purchase.
