Ayani Herrera bio image

Ayani received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Webster University in 2006. After graduating, she joined Inaside Chicago Dance as an apprentice and after two years went on to dance with Same Planet Different World Dance Theater as a company member. She has performed in Dance Chicago and New Dances. Ayani has also had the privilege to work with several great Chicago choreographers including Nick Pupillo, Eddie O'Campo, Joanna Rosenthal, Lizzie Mackenzie, and Autumn Eckman. This is her first season with Aerial Dance Chicago.
